The fine print
When do I get paid?
Every commission sits in a 30-day hold (to cover refunds and chargebacks), then becomes available for payout. We pay out manually once your available balance reaches $100.
How long does a referral last?
Forever. As long as the customer keeps paying us, you keep earning 70%. A 60-day referral cookie is used at signup; the last eligible referral link wins if multiple affiliates refer the same person.
What happens if a customer refunds?
The matching commission is clawed back. If the customer cancels, future commissions stop — but past earnings are yours.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referrals are blocked. Commission is calculated from the paid invoice amount. Discounts can affect that amount; check the recorded commission in your dashboard.
