1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Tweet Archivist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Tweet Archivist for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of Tweet Archivist is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
6. Content Ownership
The Twitter data you upload remains your property. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data. However, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your data to provide our services.
7. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Limitations of Liability
Tweet Archivist and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tweet Archivist Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
